The Office Division is led by Jeff Harris, SIOR, President, and provides tenant/buyer representation, landlord/owner representation, investment property acquisition and disposition services and consulting. The team has completed some of the largest transactions in the history of the Indianapolis office market.

The Industrial Division is led by Kyle Powell, Vice President. Kyle has expertise that ranges from manufacturing and distribution tenant/buyer representation to investment property sales, development and corporate disposition services. In addition, the Division experience includes multi-market transaction management services for some of the top companies in the automotive, life sciences, telecommunications and HVAC industries.

Our Asset Management Division is led by Mark Figg. Mark has years of experience representing clients with receivership, auction work and valuation requirements. He understands how to accurately evaluate a property and determine the best solution for his client.
